Tell me where to find hacker communities on the internet? I would like to meet them and learn something interesting.

That's kind of a broad question. Are you looking to meet other people interested in hacking or learn? If you are looking to learn, I would really not recommend starting out with hacking, but instead learning what is covered in PC Basics and Networking, as they are really prerequisites.
If you are looking to meet other people, there are a couple of settings that you might be able to find people. You could always try reddit, that's usually a good start to finding communities. I also recommend IRC as you are likely only going to find people that have an inclination to technology there now-a-days.
I saw your previous posts about cybersecurity, I'm not sure how old you are, or what resources you have available to you, but if you want to get into cybersecurity, I would recommend starting with hands on experience working in IT while working on getting things like a CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification.
