diy synth and shortcut board

when I was visiting america one of my cousins gave me a free mechanical keyboard so I took out the switches. idk much about mechanical keebs, but I was kinda scared as I don't know if this was hot swappable but thankfully they were. My plan for these are to make my own little shortcut board using 9 keys and a synth using the rest. I will update but it'll be a long while as I'm swamped with work
