action always helps me get out of my own head. start working on projects, exercise, call a friend, make plans. But usually I go too far in that direction and I get really burnt out. Balance is hard to find.
Here is a brilliant and infuriatingly addictive way to loose a few hours in the atmosphere

I’ve started making an instruction manual for myself, like with a whole lot of if then statements. It’s really helping me focus on self care, highly recommend!
