Honestly I would reccommend you skip the filler as it is mostly boring, non-cannon and not written by the author (as is the case with most filler). The only good filler arc is G-8 (after Skypiea) thanks to everyone's favourite navy power couple

I have heard that the "One Pace" project does a good job of splicing the anime to be more inline with the pacing of the manga. Although the website is currently down you can use their Discord to access the episodes.
