I am currently at the end of a cutting phase 12kg/15kg, current weight - 73kg
I am currently experimenting with a 6 day Arnold Split:
Monday - Chest and Back
Tuesday - Shoulders and Arms
Wensday - Legs and Abs
Thursday - Chest and Back
Friday - Shoulders and Arms
Saturday - Legs and Abs
Sunday - Rest
