site css colours confusion

this whole time i thought she had changed the colours back to normal after some of us complained about it, but now i realised that my browser just uses the old theme when i access it thru my bookmarks!!

i just clicked on the link to the forum from the main insect.christmas page and the colours were all bright again!!

how has the css been cached but only for the bookmark version!??!?!
